Expedited Curriculum Processing Refunds
If Midway Education Consulting, LLC is unable to fulfill a curriculum collection order within the purchased expedited processing timeframe, the additional expedited processing fee will be refunded to the original payment method. The underlying curriculum purchase remains valid and will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible.
Processing times begin after successful payment confirmation and receipt of complete licensing and delivery information. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding published closures.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your files, receive a corrupted file, or believe you received the incorrect product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
physical product returns
Physical products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order. As a result, returns or exchanges for changes of mind are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Midway Education Consulting, LLC with your order information and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Physical products are clearly identified in their respective listings and are fulfilled by third-party printing and shipping partners. Physical orders are currently available for delivery within eligible U.S. regions only. Production and delivery times may vary, and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

All purchases from Midway Education Consulting, LLC are subject to the applicable product descriptions, licensing terms, and store policies.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership. Digital resources may not be redistributed, resold, publicly shared, or uploaded to unauthorized shared drives, marketplaces, websites, or AI training platforms.
Digital downloads are provided as PDF files unless otherwise stated. Physical products are subject to the applicable shipping and returns policies.

Digital Product Licensing
All digital educational resources sold by Midway Education Consulting, LLC are provided under the license applicable to the purchased product.
Individual Student License
Authorizes educational use for one student. Parents, guardians, educators, and learning facilitators may use the materials to support that student's learning. The license does not authorize use with additional students.
Single Educator License
Authorizes one named educator to use the purchased curriculum collection with students they directly teach, including multiple classes or sections. The educator may reproduce and distribute materials to their students and provide access through restricted classroom learning platforms.
The license remains with the named educator regardless of changes in school, employer, or teaching assignment. It may not be transferred to another educator or retained for independent use by a former institution.
Institutional License
Authorizes use within the scope specified in the applicable institutional licensing agreement, quotation, or other written authorization.
General Licensing Restrictions
Purchasing digital educational resources does not transfer copyright ownership. Unauthorized resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing beyond the purchased license is prohibited.
Additional students, educators, classrooms, schools, or institutions may require separate licenses or prior written authorization from Midway Education Consulting, LLC.
Curriculum collection licenses are perpetual for the purchased edition, subject to the applicable licensing terms.
